Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to send your product back for a full Refund minus the shipping cost.

Currently, we are not accepting returns from international customers.

Please complete our  Online Return Form  to request an RMA number.

Items that are insured will have to be claimed through the Shipping Carrier.

Returns will take 1-2 days to process from the date the returned item is received. It may take a day for funds to appear in your account.

If a package is returned due to invalid address or customer refused to accept, we will charge the original shipping cost plus the 20% restocking fees. Please make sure your address is entered correctly before making a purchase.   

In an event, an error is made on our part, we will provide you a return label to ship the item back for a full refund.  

 

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

  1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the item received date. 
  2. The merchandise must be new, unused, must have protective sleeves, unaltered, with tags, and warranty card attached. 
  3. In original packaging.
  4. Odor Free (Any odors on the product will render the product not approve)
  5. If the Product(s) have been altered, worn damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

Not Returnable or Exchangeable at any time:

1. Any item that has exceeded our 30 day return policy. (See above.)

2. Any item that is sold as Final Sale or Clearance.

3. All items returned used or altered will not be eligible for refund or credit.

4. We will not accept returns for used and opened item unless it is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.


Shipping Expenses: Shipping expenses are not refundable, unless the mistake is expressly our fault.
